My recent stay at Grand Park Hotel Spa Beylikduzu Istanbul was a delightful experience. the hotel's convenient location near the metro-bus station and Torium Mall made exploring the city hassle-free. the friendly staff, especially Ameenah, stood out for their impeccable cleaning service and genuine hospitality, always ready with a warm smile. The room, complete with a cozy seating area, was clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. the accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist me with my mobility scooter, demonstrating exceptional care and attention to detail throughout my visit. Mr Abuzer Dolas, the receptionist, promptly addressed any concerns, exemplifying the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. the view of the city from the hotel was mesmerizing, providing a unique perspective of Istanbul's bustling streets. the onsite brasserie, Kuşsütü Cafe, offered a charming ambiance to savor local delights. Although the hotel does not allow pets or service animals, the comprehensive amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a minibar, ensured a pleasant and comfortable stay. the proximity to Sultanahmet Tram and Istanbul's main attractions made it easy to explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture.
